Mariana, a popular soap opera actress
is close to a nervous breakdown. Nothing seems to be working in her life. There are constant problems in
the production of the telenovela she stars in, her popularity is far from what
it used to be, and every single step she makes in Lisbon is graphically
reported in the tabloids and in the “pink” magazines. A famous paparazzo seems
to be the main responsible for Mariana’s lack of privacy. The actress is unable
to detect the presence of the paparazzo around her but somehow she manages to pursue her and to take photographs of
her everywhere she goes. One day Mariana meets a man who
extricates her from a rather messy situation. They develop a romantic
relationship during which he does everything he can to prevent her from
finding out his “true” identity…
